Changing new eyeglass frames for free?

I got some Ray Ban eyeglasses just today, but I find them still a bit to big. I had a hard time choosing between the classic wayfarer and the newer model, I choose the original classics, I think I should have taken the new wayfarers, If I'll go to the optician tomorrow should they be able to just change the frames and cut down the lenses, the lenses are a tiny bit smaller on the new wayfarers I think. Would I need to pay for the other frames or will they just change it?

It depends on the place where you bought them. If they take them back, you may have to pay a restocking fee. If they take them back for free, consider yourself lucky. You will also have to pay to have the lenses cut down to fit in the new frames. Again, it's all about the policy of the place where you bought them.
