Proclear Contact Lens
Can you help with prescription for lenses?

This is my first time wearing contacts.

I'm looking at the prescription and it says:

ProClear 83/14.2

OD -2.25
OS -1.75

I'm guessing the 8.3 is the base curve, but it's NOT an option. When I go to order my lenses the drop down for Base Curve only gives me 8.2 and 8.6. What do you suggest I do?

*My optometrist is in Texas. I now live in NY.

That's right , they only come in 8.2 and 8.6

They most likely meant to write 8.2 but I'm afraid you are going to have to call the Dr.s office to verify it and have them change it in your file so that it will be accepted by them when the site calls them to verify your prescription.
